A water main break kept utility crews busy in Clark County Wednesday night and into early Thursday morning.
A police officer spotted water running along Long Avenue, just off Lexington Avenue in the heart of Winchester. The actual break occurred on Monroe Avenue, sending a stream of water running down hill. Water froze on the pavement, causing some slick spots, but it was limited to the side roads and shouldn't cause any major traffic problems in the area.
Officials said they don't know what caused the break.
