Autopsy results revealed that an 85-year-old McCracken County man died of hypothermia due to exposure to the extreme cold in Western Kentucky.
Investigators in Paducah believe that Owen Tucker accidentally locked himself out of his home the night before he was found when wind chill factors were near negative 20 degrees.
He was found on the front porch of his home on Husbands Road by a family friend Tuesday. The time of death was determined to be around 11 p.m. on Monday.
No foul play is suspected.
