A Hardin County woman is dead after police say she was hit by several vehicles by an elementary school Saturday night.

The accident happened around 9:00. According to police a woman pulled out into the street along Dixie Highway on a bicycle then was hit by several other vehicles.

She died at the scene.

The woman's name has not been released.
