The Fayette County coroner has identified the woman found dead along Leeann Lane in Lexington Thursday as Kyley E. Palmer, 20.

The coroner says the cause of death remains undetermined. An autopsy is scheduled for Friday afternoon in Frankfort.

The body was discovered along the side of the road around 2:45 p.m. Thursday. Leeann Road runs off Old Richmond Road parallel to I-75.
