UK Police found Maria Dejesus Baltierra Thursday with a baby who had been reported missing, now Baltierra is facing charges.

Baltierra is charged with custodial interference and endangering the welfare of a minor.

UK Police spotted her Thursday and say the baby wasn't wearing a coat or shoes and looked sick.

Police discovered the child is from California and was reported missing in October.

Social services took the little girl into custody.
