A woman was taken to the hospital after a single-vehicle crash in Fayette County near the Clark County line Friday morning.

Officials say the woman lost control of her car along Winchester Road around 7 a.m. EMS took her to the hospital for treatment. Officials called her injuries non-life threatening.

Police say they don't think the accident was weather-related, but that it may be a case of distracted driving.
