A grandmother charged with murdering her daughter and young grandchild has been indicted on two counts of murder.

That's according to the Winchester Sun. police say Lillie Stanton stabbed 23-year-old Korrey Stanton and her 22-month-old granddaughter, Kaydence Ray Miers at her home. She also told police that she suffocated her daughter.

Police say Stanton confessed to killing her loved ones, saying it would prevent a nasty custody battle.
