A woman was airlifted from the scene after a crash along the Bluegrass Parkway Wednesday afternoon.

The woman lost control near the Mercer County - Anderson County line, and the car flipped into the median. Firefighters worked for about 30 minutes to free the victim from the wreckage.

Officials did not release any information about the woman's condition.
