A woman suffered a fatal gunshot wound and a man was injured during a shooting in Grayson County Thursday night.

Police say troopers were called to a home along Tara Lane in Clarkson around 8:30 p.m. after a reported shooting. When troopers arrived, they found a woman with a gunshot wound to the chest and a man shot in the arm. EMS took both victims to Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center.

Police say the woman was declared dead at the hospital just after 9 p.m. Officials have not released her name.

Investigators say troopers questioned a 92-year-old man at the scene. Police did not say if they planned to charge the man, or release any other details about the investigation.
