Paula Anderson started her shop-at-home window treatment business in 1979 in Michigan. When she relocated to Lexington, Kentucky she sold both of her "Draperies On Wheels" businesses and opened Window Fashions On Wheels.Realizing the amazing growth in housing and outstanding potential for shop-at-home window treatments, Paula set out to franchise the Window Fashions On Wheels concept in 1999. The same one-on-one personal training that Paula provides to each of her employees is passed along to each franchisee…making every Window Fashions On Wheels franchise an extension of the high-quality, custom window treatment business that has become so well respected.
