A Boyle County man has died after police found synthetic marijuana inside his home.

When Boyle County deputies arrived at a home on Mocks Creek Drive in Danville, they found Gregory Lane unconscious and in serious trouble.  Also inside the home was a suitcase containing 15 pounds of the synthetic marijuana drug Serenity.  Authorities say Lane smoked the drug and later died.

Other people in the home at the time say Lane went into a room to use the product and when they went to check on him he appeared to not be breathing.

Amy Young, Martin Hoskins and Michael Graham have been charged with reckless homicide as well as selling the lethal drug.

Neighbors say Young has lived in the home on and off for the past several years and that there was lot of "activity" in and out of the house.

The sheriff is asking anyone who bought the drug from the group to turn in their purchase, no questions asked.  The goal is to get this potentially lethal batch of Serenity off the streets so on one else ends up hurt or dead.
