Man Shot While Allegedly Breaking Into Home

State police say a Henderson County man shot someone who was breaking into his home Friday night.
     
Troopers say they received a call from 69-year-old Henry Butler, who said he shot 36-year-old Freddy Gibson. According to investigators, Gibson drove to Butler's house and confronted him. Butler then got his shotgun and shot Gibson, troopers said. Gibson was flown to Saint Mary's Hospital in Evansville. 
     
The shooting is still under investigation.
