Layoffs Announced At Big Ass Solutions

Posted: Updated:

LEXINGTON, Ky (LEX 18) There were layoffs at Big Ass Solutions this week.

In a statement from officials at Big Ass Solutions, 3% of their workforce was let go this week during a ‘company-wide restructuring to ensure continued growth.’

Those officials say that the company has a strategy that will carry them on an ‘aggressive growth trajectory’ into new product categories and markets.

They plan to open new retail and distribution centers throughout the US, as well as open new headquarters in Europe and Asia.

This decision was not taken lightly and Big Ass Solutions provided generous severance packages to all affected employees. Going forward, we will continue to serve Lexington and our 1,000 global employees by creating a company that will be successful for decades to come,” said an official statement from the company.

Thirty-nine employees have been let go.
