LEXINGTON, Ky (LEX 18) -- Grab your Member's Only jackets. Lexington Mayor Jim Gray announced this year's 'Picnic with the Pops' theme and it's a salute to the 80s..

The event is in its 39th year. It will be held August 18-19 at Keeneland.

The 'Picnic with the Pops' theme this year will be a throwback to the 80s. On Friday night, attendees will be treated to a showing of 'Indiana Jones: Raiders Of The Lost Ark' accompanied by the Lexington Philharmonic.

On Saturday night, the orchestra will perform the music of Michael Jackson.

“I love going to Picnic with the Pops every year and if I don't get to go, I miss it. I think what a great experience,” said Mayor Gray.
