Henry Clay's Noah Tapp, won the 2017 Lexington Rotary Club Tommy Bell Award, given to Lexington’s Outstanding High School Student Athlete. Noah is on the Henry Clay Boy’s Tennis Team and will be participating in the KHSAA State Tennis Tournament Thursday afternoon. He was presented the award by Tommy Bell’s son Judge Bruce Bell at the Lexington Rotary Club meeting at Fasig-Tipton Thursday.
Noah is a seven year letterman for Henry Clay Varsity Tennis Team (played on varsity tennis team since 6th grade as a student at Morton Middle School), a All-State and All-Region tennis team selection, a three-time doubles region champion and a singles region finalist. In the classroom, Noah holds an 4.0 unweighted GPA (4.9 weighted GPA) and is ranked fifth in his class out of approximately 540 students.
