Eastern Ky. Dentist Faces Indecent Exposure Charges

LETCHER COUNTY, Ky. (EKB)-- A Whitesburg dentist, who also serves as the chair of the Letcher County Republican Party, is facing indecent exposure and resisting arrest charges in Tennessee.

WJHL-TV in Johnson City is reporting that David Narramore, 54, of Whitesburg, was arrested at Belk Department Store in Kingsport, Tenn. The station says a Kingsport Police report indicated the complainant, who works for store loss prevention, claimed Narramore was in a bathroom stall next to him and began rubbing his foot against his, before exposing himself to the complainant.

WJHL’s report says Narramore was detained and escorted to the loss prevention office, and when police arrived, Narramore allegedly claimed the store employee had also touched his foot. The station is reporting that Narramore allegedly resisted arrest and was tased by police and eventually arrested. WJHL is reporting that the stun gun did not seem to have an impact on Narramore.

Narramore was charged with indecent exposure and resisting arrest.
