Hurricane Irma has wreaked havoc with the upcoming football games in the southeastern United States this weekend forcing the Campbellsville at Ave Maria University matchup to be postponed.
Both athletic departments are seeking to find common open dates and move other games around to try and make this game up later in the year.
CU is also looking at other opponents to play on Saturday, Sept. 16 - home or away.
The postponement is the second-straight week the Tigers have been forced to change their schedule. Warner University and Campbellsville felt it was pertinent to cancel last weekend’s game to allow the student-athletes at Warner to get out of the Hurricane’s path.
