LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) - A Scott County woman had to be rescued from her burning home overnight.
A neighbor came home around 12:30 and noticed flames coming from a house on Lemons Mill Road in Georgetown.
Police were the first to arrive on scene. Officers knocked down the front door and found the woman lying there, trying to escape but overcome by the smoke.
