The Greer Companies Has Joined The CentrePointe Project

LEXINGTON, Ky (LEX 18) On Wednesday, the Webb Companies announced that Greer Companies has joined the CentrePointe project. 

The Greer Company is a hospitality and commercial real estate development company.

Their restaurants include the former Coba Cocina and Cheddar's. They also have franchise agreements with Hilton, Marriott, and the Intercontinental Hotel Group.

CentrePointe anticipates having a Jeff Ruby's Steak House, two hotels, a parking garage, and office and retail space.

The Webb Companies claim it will be open by next fall.
