Inmates Walks Away From Work Release

BATH COUNTY, Ky (LEX 18) Bath County authorities are looking for an inmate who emergency management said walked away from a work release with the road crew. 

They say that 39-year-old Phillip Roar walked away around noon on Thursday.

He is described as 5'11'', weighing 190 and has brown hair and a brown beard.

Roar is a nonviolent offender.

He is believed to be traveling to Carter County.
