Woman Accused Of Distributing Nude Photos At School

Posted: Updated:

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE 3)-- A woman is accused of sneaking into her son's high school and throwing nude pictures of a student's mother onto the ground.

Police say Frances Joyce Bailey recently got into Pleasure Ridge Park High School by following two other students through a side door.

They say she went into the girls' bathroom and threw nude pictures of Melissa Sturgill on the floor.

Students turned the pictures in to school officials.

Police say Bailey was caught on surveillance camera coming into the school, going into the bathroom, and driving around the parking lot, where more of the pictures were found.

Investigators say Bailey's son had once dated Sturgill, and that Sturgill had filed criminal complaints against both of them in the past.

Bailey faces charges including trespassing and harassment.
