Laurel Co. Sheriff's Department, KSP Investigating Armed Robbery

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky (LEX 18) KSP and the Laurel County Sheriff's Department are investigating an armed robbery at East 80 Grocery on November 2 around 9:40 p.m. 

They say that a lone gunman entered the store armed with a handgun and robbed the attendant. 

The man was wearing a Halloween mask and gloves. Deputies believe he was traveling in a dark-colored pickup traveling east on Ky 80 after the robbery.

Anyone with any information regarding the robbery or the suspect or the suspect vehicle is asked to contact the Laurel County Sheriff's office at 606-864-6600 or 606-878-7000.
