Advisory Panel To Discuss Councilman's Fate

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE 3) - The Louisville Metro Council voted on the first to allowed embattled councilman Dan Johnson to keep his seat in the wake of sexual harassment allegations. Several provisions were put in place that Johnson was supposed to adhere to.

Now, the council says he has already violated one of those.

As part of the agreement for Johnson to keep his seat he agreed to only be permitted into City Hall 20 minutes before Metro Council meetings, during, and 20 minutes after meetings. Johnson is accused of being in City Hall for eight minutes longer than what the agreement called for, in addition to making statements on social media.

A meeting will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday

    WHITLEY COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Corbin man arrested over the weekend in the shooting deaths of a pregnant woman and her grandmother has been linked to another homicide. Paul Brock, 37, was taken into custody Sunday evening at his home in Corbin.
