LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)-- The search for a 17-year-old Lexington boy who walked away from his home Tuesday is entering its third day.
Broghan Lorentz, 17, lives in the area of Lauderdale Drive near Veterans Park and was last seen around 10 p.m. at his residence Tuesday night.
An active search was called off Wednesday after crews were unable to find him along the Jessamine and Fayette County line.
Lorentz's parents told LEX 18 he has Tourette's syndrome, but is extremely polite and might be wearing a heavy FedEx jacket. The jacket is purple and may have his name on it.
According to his family, Broghan doesn’t recognize dangerous situations and is thought to be suicidal. He could be in the area near the Jessamine/Fayette County Line. Contact law enforcement if you see him.
