Ashley Judd To Give Lecture At UK

LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) - Former longtime Kentucky resident Ashley Judd will be returning to UK's campus to give a lecture on behalf of the College of Arts and Sciences and the College of Social Work.

The talk is part of the Irma Sarett Rosenstein Lecture Series and will be titled "From Kentucky to Kenya and Everywhere in Between." The subject will be the actress's philanthropy work across the world and her life in Kentucky.

The event will be held at 2 p.m. at the Singletary Center's Recital Hall on December 1, 2017.

According to a Facebook post by Laker Country, WJSR-104.9 FM, a 17-year-old male fell from a viewing area south of Wolf Creek Dam.
