Berry was arrested around 2 p.m. off Newton Pike and faces a charge of first-degree hindering prosecution/apprehension.

Bailey was also arrested at the same location and is facing multiple charges, including carrying a concealed weapon, parole violation, persistent felony offender II, possession of handgun by a convicted felon, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), and violation of conditions of release.
