Police Search For Robbery Suspects

Posted: Updated:

LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)-- Police are searching for the suspects in an attempted armed robbery.

It happened around 5 a.m. at an apartment off Redding Road.

Police say three men broke through the door of the victim's apartment--two were armed--and immediately went to the bedroom.

They asked the victim, "where's the money and where's the girl?" Seeing that the victim had no idea what they were talking about, they fled.

Police say the victim was unharmed and nothing was taken from his residence.

They are searching for a grey Kia Soul.
