Baby, it's about to be much colder outside! Watch for a few morning flurries as the leading edge of Arctic air (coldest of the season) overwhelms the Ohio Valley Thursday. Highs will be knocked down to the 30s with overnight lows in the 20s and upper teens Thursday through Sunday- our first December cold snap that will probably linger into next week.
I am still tracking the chance for winter weather to go along with the cold Saturday. With highs in the mid 30s we'll see the potential for the first minor to light accumulation mainly from Lexington into northern counties with more of a rain/snow shower mix south.
