GEORGETOWN, Ky. (The Georgetown News Graphic)-- Police in Georgetown say a man allegedly ran over his wife and was only concerned about his dog's well-being.

Reports say Marcus Stone did not stop his truck after his wife jumped from the moving vehicle Saturday night and hit her.

When police caught up to stone about 15 minutes later, they say they found open containers of alcohol inside.

Officers asked him why he didn't stop to check on his wife, and that's when he asked if his dog was OK.

Stone's wife was taken to UK Hospital for treatment.

He was arrested and now faces multiple charges.
