Citizens Needing Help During Frigid Temperatures Can Call Dispatch

WINCHESTER, Ky (LEX 18) The Clark County Judge-Executive says that as the temperatures drop, citizens needing help during this cold period can call dispatch at (859) 744-2111. 

There are churches that can be used as shelters if necessary, please contact dispatch if you know someone who needs shelter from the cold. If you cannot get in contact with dispatch, call 911.

In Scott County, women and children are being accepted at the New Gathering Place Mission Shelter. You can call (502) 316-8785 for more information.
