Three Arrested In Connection To Winchester Shooting

CLARK COUNTY, Ky (LEX 18)-- Police are investigating a shooting on 1st Street in Winchester.

Police said that the shooting happened near Tyler Banks Court housing. The victim was found at Dollar General.

Police first responded to the Dollar General where the man with a gunshot wound was transported to UK Hospital with non life-threatening injuries. Police said that a female was driving the car and had a baby inside. The baby is okay. The woman was transported to Clark Regional Hospital. She sustained minor injuries.

Police say Grmyko Chenault, 25, fired 26 rounds at the victim's vehicle then fled the scene in a vehicle driven by 26-year-old Alexssandra Chenault.

A car and a home were hit by bullets on 1st Street, but neighbors there say no one in that car or home sustained injuries. 

Grmyko is facing charges of first-degree assault and first-degree wanton endangerment. 

Alexssandra is facing first-degree assault charges. 

Armonty English, 19, a passenger in the victim's car, is accused of disposing of a 9 mm handgun behind a dumpster. He is charged with tampering with physical evidence. According to online jail records, English was released later that night.

    (LEX 18)- One of the 'Property Brothers' has been spotted roaming around Kentucky. Photos and videos of Jonathan Silver Scott have been surfacing on social media. Wednesday, Scott was photographed in Whitesburg outside of the former Dawahare's.  On Thursday, eagle-eyed fans spotted him outside of Benham City Hall.  What Scott is doing in the Bluegrass isn't known and his brother Drew is nowhere to be seen.

The arrest warrant states that in 2018, the alleged victim said that Steuart had sexually abused him. The arrest warrant also states that the victim and other juveniles would go to Steuart's home to go swimming and watch movies. The victim said that while watching a movie at Steuart's house, he was inappropriately touched by Steu...
