Former Car Salesman Accused Of Trading Stolen Vehicles For Narcotics

LAWRENCEBURG, Ky (LEX 18) The Lawrenceburg Police Department says that officers have taken several stolen vehicle reports from Chrysler of Lawrenceburg. 

Police say that the stolen vehicles ranged in value from $30,000 to $70,000. Their investigation led to Wesley S. Bradshaw being charged with two counts of theft by unlawful taking auto $10,000 but under $1,000,000 with more charges expected to develop. 

Witnesses said that Bradshaw, who was employed as a car salesman at Chrysler of Lawrenceburg at the time, was trading the stolen vehicles for narcotics. 

A warrant for Bradshaw's arrest was issued January 30 and he was apprehended that same day by the Mercer County Sheriff's Office.
