DAVIESS COUNTY, Ky. (NBC News)-- A group of friends delivered pizza via helicopter to more than a dozen workers stranded at a Kentucky plant.
The Kimberly Clark plant in Owensboro is closed due to flooding, but 17 employees were working overtime trying to keep the plant's mill running.
So, a former employee and friend decided to drop in with a hot lunch.
"I've got a buddy who owns a pizza shop, and a buddy that owns a helicopter, so we got them some hot pizza," said Stuart Snow, who organized the pizza delivery.
Workers say they're thankful for the delicious delivery.
