3 Sentenced In 2014 Deadly Home Invasion

Posted: Updated:

KNOX COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)-- The three remaining defendants in a 2014 deadly home invasion were sentenced Wednesday.

Police say two men dressed as U.S. Marshals burst into Donald Mills' home, shooting and killing him.

Patrick Baker was sentenced to 19 years in prison last year for his role in the crime.

In May, Elijah Messer was found guilty of manslaughter. He's been sentenced to 50 years.

Angela Mills and Christopher Wagner have also entered guilty pleas.

Wagner was sentenced to 10 years, meanwhile, Mills was given credit for home incarceration and put on probation for two years.

If Mills violates that, she will have to serve out her 129 days.
