    Madison County Schools announced Friday it will be using March 21 as a make-up day. The day was scheduled as a professional development day for staff, but will now be a regular school day, officials said. School will be in session for students on Friday, March 21.

    A Richmond Police cruiser was involved in a crash caused by slick roads in Madison County Wednesday morning. It happened just after 9 a.m. near the police department. Officers said there was significant damage to both vehicles involved. No one had to be taken to the hospital.
