Kentucky National Guard Troops Return From Iraq

(AP) - A welcome home ceremony is planned for Kentucky National Guard troops returning from Iraq. The Kentucky Army National Guard says 167 soldiers are returning from Maysville-based 299th Chemical Company and Morehead-based 301st Chemical Company.
