    NEW YORK (AP) - Visa's website now appears inaccessible following a large-scale attack on MasterCard earlier in the day. Supporters of WikiLeaks in a loosely tied Internet group called "Operation Payback" are claiming responsibility on their Twitter feed and elsewhere.
