The Children Are Waiting!
Each Thursday, LEX 18's Chris Goodman introduces you to some of Kentucky's "special needs" children. Watch LEX 18 News at Noon and/or LEX 18 News at 5:30 to meet some of these remarkable youngsters and hear their heart-warming stories. The Special Needs Adoption Program, started in 1979, seeks to locate loving families for Kentucky's waiting children.
