Police have charged a man with murder after a body was found in a Bourbon County duplex.
Investigators told LEX 18, Ernest Waugh died from blunt force trauma Saturday morning inside his home on Connelly Alley, near West 8th Street in Paris.

It happened around 11:00 Saturday afternoon on Connelly Alley near West 8th Street.
