Update: A hit and run on Richmond Road Thursday afternoon led to a standoff between Lexington Police and a man with a gun who barricaded himself inside a home in the Woodhill neighborhood. The standoff outside 251 Osage Court began around 3:00 pm and lasted for about three hours.
