One lane of New Circle Road remains shut down after a tractor trailer flipped early Thursday morning.
Police say the driver of a truck loaded with auto parts heading toward Georgetown lost control along the inner loop around 2:15 a.m. The semi hit a guardrail, slid and then overturned.
