LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A Lexington man was arrested Thursday night after being accused of kidnapping.
An arrest citation says that just after 9 p.m. Nov. 13, Anthony Bennett grabbed a woman by her neck and would not let her leave his vehicle.
The victim told police that Bennett threatened to kill her several times.
Police say it appears he held the victim against her will and terrorized her over the course of the day.
We’re told it appears the two were in a relationship.
Bennett faces several charges, including kidnapping and assault.
