MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — One person has died following a motorcycle crash in Montgomery County.
According to the Montgomery Co. Sheriff's Department, a motorcycle was traveling on Highway 213 South when it left the roadway and ended up in a home's front yard. A neighbor called police at 5:30 a.m.
A man and woman were on the motorcycle, but the department did not specify who was operating the bike. One person died on scene. The other was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The name of the victim has not been released.
