The Scott County coroner has identified the person who died in the industrial accident as 35-year-old Richard Thurman from Elizabethtown.
The coroner adds that details of the accident are being withheld due to further investigation and that Thurman was a contractor and not an employee of the factory.

One person has died following an industrial accident at International Crankshaft in Georgetown, according to the Scott County coroner.
Georgetown police and OSHA are investigating the incident. The coroner says the contractor was conducting machine maintenance.
The identity of the deceased is being withheld at this time pending notification of family.
