GEORGETOWN, Ky. — One person has died following an industrial accident at International Crankshaft in Georgetown, according to the Scott County coroner.
Georgetown police and OSHA are investigating the incident. The coroner says the contractor was conducting machine maintenance.
The identity of the deceased is being withheld at this time pending notification of family.
