2 accused of sex trafficking minor face incest, rape charges

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WNKY) — A Warren County grand jury indicted a man and a woman on accusations that they promoted the sex slavery of a child to whom they both are related.

WNKY reports that Latrisha Faye Legrand, 33, and Jerry N. Cline, 72, both of Bowling Green are accused of a variety of sex crimes and promoting human trafficking in the commission of those crimes, according to their indictments.

A grand jury indicted Cline on two counts of incest, two counts of first-degree rape, three counts of first-degree sodomy, two counts of first-degree sexual abuse and one count of promoting human trafficking.

Legrand was indicted on incest by complicity, one count of first-degree rape by complicity, two counts of first-degree sodomy by complicity, two counts of first-degree sexual abuse by complicity and one count of promoting human trafficking.

Legrand is accused of assisting Cline in procuring a minor who Cline is accused of molesting.

Cline is lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail. Online jail records do not show Legrand in custody in Warren County.

Warren Circuit Judge John Grise set Cline’s bond at $10,000 and Legrand’s bond at $5,000.
