LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE ) — A Louisville defense attorney is about to find himself on the other side of the law after a courtroom fight got out of hand.
According to WAVE 3 News, attorneys Lindsey Scott and J.R. Moore got into a fight in a courtroom at Louisville's Hall of Justice. Officials say that Scott hit Moore in the head with a Lysol can. Moore was bleeding and was transported to the hospital.
Scott was handcuffed and taken to be checked out. He was booked in the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections and charged with assault.
