DAVIESS, Ky. (LEX 18) — Attorney General Andy Beshear made some final campaign stops in western Kentucky on Sunday.
Beshear is making his last push to sway voters before the gubernatorial election on Tuesday.
Beshear made appearances with the entire Democratic slate in Henderson and Owensboro.
Crowds gathered to hear from the candidates.
Beshear said he think they're ready for Election Day, and he's not worried about President Donald Trump's visit impacting the election.
"We see an energy out there that is ready for a new governor. One that leads with decency, that would never engage in bullying and name calling, and I believe the people of Kentucky are going to do what Matt Bevin always talks about, vote their values and not their party," said Beshear.
Beshear will continue on the campaign trail on Monday with his first stop being in Paducah.
