Did you know that 93% of kids don’t eat enough vegetables? This sobering statistic from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will probably only serve to stress out parents who already endure veggie battles at the dinner table each night.

But here is some good news: There are easy ways to get your kids to eat more greens, such as with this recipe for broccoli tots from The Two Bite Club.

These hand-held, kid-friendly “tots” will please kids and adults alike, and they are also chock-full of important nutrients thanks to the addition of broccoli. Broccoli is an awesome source of vitamins K and C and is also a good source of potassium and fiber, but kids aren’t always a fan.
