LEXINGTON KY. (LEX 18) — The Fayette Circuit Clerk's office says that charges against two men accused in an armed robbery were dismissed after the Fayette County Grand Jury declined to indict the men.
Trajan Karuse, 22, and Averi Washington, 28, were originally charged with first-degree robbery in February.
The two were accused of pointing a gun at a man and taking his keys as they were "looking for stolen items."
The charges against the men have been dismissed.
