LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)- — Lexington's Fourth of July festival continues after rain cancelled Wednesday night's patriotic concert.
Events kick off with the Bluegrass 10,000 Footrace in downtown Lexington. Immediately following the race, there will be a downtown street festival with vendors, food and entertainment, a parade and, of course, fireworks beginning at 10 p.m.
